About Us

Stephen Fritz is a native Houstonian. After graduating college and receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work he lived in Austin.  He was employed as a case manager for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Austin, a counselor in a drug treatment center for adolescents, and finally served as the Director of Prevention for a national nonprofit organization.  He finally had the opportunity to move back home to Houston and work as a realtor. "The patience and focus needed to manage my initial career has given me a great grasp on the joys and stress related to the real estate needs of my clients."

Stephen specializes in residential properties and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since coming back to Houston in 2003, attaining numerous awards and recognition from his colleagues and associates.  He has won numerous office awards for his production and dedication to his office through teaching and training other agents and participating in the Agent Leadership Council. “I treat each client as a member of my family, with trust, loyalty, and friendship.  His extensive experience, attention to detail and follow-through has helped him establish a productive and expanding business.

Stephen’s clients consistently attest to his enthusiasm, professionalism and sensitive attention to their unique, specific needs and requirements. Stephen is very proud that over 80 percent of his business comes from referrals which are the highest compliment a professional can receive.

Stephen’s commitment to exceed each client’s expectations is reflected in his mission statement and his personal life as well. 

Stephen’s hobbies include remaining active in such sports as volleyball and softball.
